I got to know Jacquelyn upon receiving my eldershield and what a pleasant lady she is. Informative and helpful, she isn't aggressive in persuading you to buy. One thing about financial products is it's confusing and Jacquelyn explains it with clarity and straight to the point. She lets you decide if it's worth it or within your budget. All in all a great financial planner.

I was out of town for work last year and had to settle my insurance urgently. Contacted Jacquelyn to find out the plans I needed. She was able to give good recommendations on the necessary and suitable policies for me. Jacquelyn was professional and it was fuss free when she handles my policies. She was also very quick in responding to my queries! It was very pleasant having her as my insurance agent.
